Dealing with Lowell
Comments
-
I found Lowell one of the easiest to deal with.
My husband had 2 accounts with them, one for £479 and another for £505, they agreed to settle both for £300 each. Its not a massive saving compared to some but still £384 that we don't need to save for.
We paid £5 token payment on 30th July just so we didn't get more phone calls/letters but they have noted on the files that we will be paying the full amount by end of August. They seemed happy to let us pay in installments, but we wanted it cleared sooner rather than later.
Hope this helps0
