Child maintenance but no court order....cab this be classed as income?

I'm applying alone for a mortgage. Each month my partner puts money into a joint account to pay bills and shopping. Can this be classed as other incomes when it come to my mortgage application?

    Ask your mortgage provider as it is their decision if this money is acceptable as an income source. Different lenders often have different criteria.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
