Anyone obtained a mortgage after a DRO?

Has anyone had a mortgage after a DRO has just finished? I know it's still 5 years on your file but is it possible for this to happen sooner? If so, what deposit was required? Thank you

I'm almost four years past my DRO start date now and last year I was unable to obtain a mortgage jointly with my husband (and that was also after a name change due to the marriage).

Don't think it helped that we were going with a bank linked to the one I had an overdraft with that was included in my DRO.

Fortunately DH was able to obtain the mortgage on his own as due to family support we had a large deposit as well.

We're hoping things change by the time we re-mortgage after five years, at which point I'll be well past the danger zone and also working again after having stopped to take care of my DS.
