NPower complaint- free energy

Hi, rather than go into too much detail I'll keep it short. 3rd time I've contacted Ombudsmen in the past 18 months about Npower for the same issue and still not resolved.
Am I entitled to free energy for the last 18 months as I know in 2015 this was aoffered to complaints not resolved in 6 weeks. Is this on-going??

If, having followed the suppliers complaint procedure, you took the matter to the ombudsman, then the ombudsman will propose a resolution to your complaint.
(Note: time limits apply to ask the ombudsman to assist)
It's up to you whether or not you accept that resolution proposal.
If you accept the proposed resolution, that will be what happens; nothing more and nothing less.
If you don't accept (or you are now out of time), legal action may be your only further possibilty. As we cannot provide legal advice here, I suggest you seek independent legal advice before you pursue this route
