1. The winner will be notified by email or phone or using the other contact details provided by the winner within seven days after the Closing Date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
2. Prize is a two-night stay for two adults to Ramside Hall Hotel in the Celebration Suite on a bed and breakfast basis. Prize includes dinner on one night in The Rib Room or Fusion Restaurant and one two-hour treatment each from the winner’s choice of ESPA Thai And Mighty or Pure Radiance Ritual. Prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified, excluding 20 December to 3 January 2018, 30 March to 2 April, 7 May, 28 May and 27 August 2018. Travel is not included. Prize is strictly subject to availability and once booked cannot be altered or amended. The sponsor reserves the right to amend or substitute the prize for another of similar value. All parts of prize must be used in conjunction with same booking. Unless expressly specified otherwise in these terms and conditions, the prize does not include travel, food, drink, spending money or any other costs connected to the prize.
3. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part.
