Everyone is politely asked to read the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Do so now for advice on how and when to appeal

Edit your post to remove details of who was driving.

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you

do NOT mention the circumstances because when people start writing they start "balbbing" and give away the drivers details

the NEWBIES sticky thread has a blue text template for those sc@mmers CEL, but if the other "appeal" is similar and does not give away any driver details then it could be used

you could add a "dead link" to that other thread, it doesnt have to be a "live" link

any proof could be included providing it does not say "my tickets" etc , but something like "the driver has provided proof that monies were paid and they are attached" or similar

so BE CAREFUL how you word it , the correct terms are

    THE DRIVER

    THE KEEPER

so remove any hint of WHO dod what , using only those terms above

any appeal to a postal notice is from a KEEPER, so for the sake of the "story" , assume that I was driving and you were an occupant of the vehicle

You will be fine, and you will not be fined!

CEL clear off when they see the NEWBIES appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
