Hi
Our buyers had a mortgage valuation last Monday on our property, how long does it take for the buyers to find out if the house is valued what they are paying for it. Our EA said that we would have heard back within a day or so and the surveyor said that he was doing his report the same day. Keep hearing stories of properties being undervalued by mortgage companies so was just wondering how long it is before they tell the buyer. Cheers :money:

Mine took three weeks to get the survey back to me (despite also being told it was being done that day/had been done/was in the post, blah blah blah. Don't believe a word they tell me now). I may have been given the valuation figure before that, can't remember now. Depends how busy they are I suppose!
I wouldn't chase too much in your shoes or you might raise suspicion about something being wrong with the property. You might never be told what the valuation figure was...2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
Son's valuation was done on Monday & he had the report emailed to him thursday with contact about it from his lender emailed wednesday0
