That was always what I intended, but I've got zero self-discipline when I've had one. I always thought a second wouldn't hurt and after a couple it was game on! You're right though - if you can stop after one and just call it a low alcohol night you'll be in control. It's finishing the bottle because it's open that the mistake. (And ours was to buy 15 litre wine boxes. Fatal.)

I found you all again!! Just back from holiday on Monday, drank every day whilst away, however, I did have a non AF victory this year, normally I get so drunk, next morning I cannot remember what was said or how I even got back to our room, I am pleased to say that this holiday I did not do that once & thoroughly enjoyed myself as did my hubby & kids as I didn't make an @rse of us all, I enjoyed it without being stupid & greedy with it & I haven't had anything since Monday which was our last feast as the diet started again Tuesday. Shaggy can you put me down for 10 for August please & so far I have 3/10, hopefully have an AF tonight but wont declare yet, have a good weekend everyone x
