Economy Energy - do they provide there customers with bills / statements?

Hello All,
I switched energy suppliers recently, and left flow to join Economy energy.
Unlike flow, which provides monthly bills on the same day each month, Economy Energy provides quarterly billing.
I joined Economy Energy on 15th April, and I still have not received my first bill from them. When I inquired, I am told the company sends out bills on 28th of each quarter. any customers on here shed any light???
