Date of Default

Hi
Can anyone tell me at what point the 6 years starts please? I defaulted in 2011, due to job loss, made regular payments every month without fail, but the interest had been waived, repaid in full in 2015, but every monthly repayment between 2011 and 2015 shows as a default. Do they take the date the account first went into default or is it counted from when it was repaid in full?
Thank you
