So we are converting the garage and one end is going to be a bathroom ~ we are tiling in the shower and above the sink but everywhere else will be plastered and painted. I need to get an insulation board that is also waterproof? I have found the mormax multiboard is this any good?

You could always batten the wall out insulate between the battens and secure moisture resistant plasterboard to the battens.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Pavatex woodfibre boards can be plastered & tiled without too much difficulty. Not widely available unless you have an eco builders merchant close by.
Celotex/Kingspan PIR boards are probably going to be your best bet - Google "warm batten" for the quick & easy way to insulate a wall. For the shower area you will want to use a cement board and not moisture resistant plasterboard - British Gypsum do not recommend its use in a shower area. MR PB will do for the rest of the room. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0
