New Development Offer

If a brand new development was selling apartments at £135000 but other new developments in the same area at around the same size or larger Sq metre are selling for £106-£110000.
What would the chances be of them accepting a lower offer?
It does appear that as soon as there apartments are going up for sell they are selling really quick yet their prices are a LOT higher for a lot smaller apartment!!?
The apartment I am going to be looking at wont be ready until December.
Thanks in advance

so why do you particularly want this block then? whats better about it that you wouldnt just go straight for the cheaper block? Is that desirability worth 30k?
also check out the grounds rent terms etc & expected build quality of them both.0 -
