Ordered a new bed which came today. Opened the boxes tonight and bits are missing from it.
Will I be within my rights to go to the store tomorrow and demand a refund? I'm currently reading online just how woeful their customer service is.

Reading stories about them online and people wait months for replacement or missing parts.0

Go in store and talk to them.
I could write stories online about my pet unicorn, it doesn't mean I have one! You never know who has written them and who they're paid by.
If they could sort it quickly, why would you just want a refund?
The sensible thing to do is base your next course of action on what happens when you visit the store.0
