CRICKET 3- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)The prize comprises of a two (2) night stay (26th & 27th September 2017 only) at St Ermins Hotel being offered for two (2) people including; Standard class return rail travel for two from the train station nearest the prize winner’s address to London to the maximum value of £200 (total), Two (2) nights’ accommodation at St Ermins Hotel sharing a standard room, daily breakfast and one (1) day hospitality at the England Club on 27th September, Kia Oval which includes;

1. Premium seating
2. Sparkling wine reception
3. Breakfast on arrival
4. 3 course hot plated lunch
5. Complimentary bar with beer, wine, house spirits and soft drinks
6. Traditional afternoon tea

2) Should the winner prefer to drive themselves then a petrol allowance up to a maximum of £200 (total) will be offered and the rail tickets will be forfeited.
3) The prize is valid for 2 nights commencing Tuesday 26th September 2017. The cricket hospitality tickets are for Wednesday 27th September 2017 only.
4) If the match does not take place for any reason (such as but not limited to poor weather or because the game has finished), the winner can still take the accommodation for two at the hotel on the dates specified, but no alternative match tickets or hospitality will be provided.
5) The winner will need a current and valid credit / debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
6) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
7) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
9) Accommodation, footage and images kindly provided by St Ermins Hotel and Kia Oval.
