Hi
I've had a look through previous threads and can't find an exact match to my query, so I hope you don't mind me asking the ideation.
My son has received a letter today from Debt recovery plus LTD with a claim for parking charge date of 4th May 2017. This is the 1st letter received. Nothing from uk parking control LTD who they say are the creditor. They want £160.
My question is basically what can we do?
Can I fight this saying we have not received anything? Surely a letter should be sent signed for for proof of delivery?
He may have parked on the date in question where they are saying but clearly can't remember.
Should we just ignore it? He is only 17 and can't pay the 160 himself.
Appreciate any help you can give

IGNORE drp, that is the best advice
yes , IGNORE
come back if an LBC or an MCOL comes through the door (which wont be "signed for " either)
now please read that NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
ps:- the ability to pay or not is irrelevant0 -
