Hello guys - just wanted to ask if I can submit this defence to the court?

I think I have all there, I don't want to start create stories like "claimant has no right, as has no shares in the land" etc as I have no idea if they have or not.

I am just wondering if I should add something in general or it's good as it is?

    Thank you
    Emily

    OK no answer :D

Anyway I am going to send this over to the County Court today. I will do it via email, can you please at least advice if I have to print it, sign it, scan it and send it?? It's needed to be signed by hand or I can just send it with signature made in the WORD ;)

    THANK YOU

You could Google "calthrop", buy some, and put them under trespassers tyres, (but that would be illegal).
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Print, sign and scan. Send as PDF. Best most reliable option.

ASsert they dont have standing, and make them prove they do. Youre makign the common mistake of thinking you have to prove your defence before the claimant makes their claim.

OK, you really need to stop being so damned demanding.
You posted twice in an hour, then hijacked someone elses thread. When EVERY single thread on this topic tells you to print, sign by hand and scan. Every. Single. One. Instead of haranguing those people giving their time for free, maybe doing your own reserarch would be good?

For your defence, you defend every single possible avenue now. You cannot add to it later. So you always make them prove they could offer parkign contracts ie.e. they have standing. IF you dont want to include it, thats your choice, but your research would have shown this on EVERY DEFENCE for a damned good reason.

I AM NOT DEMANDING. I have asked very few questions, when others are spaming the forum in a crazy way.... I have mentioned that English is not my first language and at least one person here understands that. Not interested with help? Don't do it. Just wondering why in the other threads dudes get 50 answers and full support and hardly someone likes to help me? Nevermind.

Well yes you are, as you complained in the thread you hijacked that noone had helped you.

I understand English is not your first language. However impatience will still irritate, regardless of language. I was being blunt.

I'm out. I note you didnt even respond to why your defence should include standing, pointing you to the defences that do include it and why you include it now.
