Liverpool Airport! Red Lines, 5 seconds, no drop off or pick up

Tipping down with rain, trying to find the free drop off and turned into the wrong road for car hire return which was signposted drop off 2. Pulled over onto red lines, looked out window at fence and read "£100 fine for stopping" and drove straight off. Stationary for approx 5 seconds! No one got in or out of the vehicle. I carried on road and did a U turn.
As there was a camera van on roundabout have I just earned myself £100 fine? Feel sick at just the thought of that coming in the post.
Is it likely being Liverpool airport?

This is a well known (to us) scam. Even if you get a ticket, the chances of you having to pay a penny are extremely slim. Some reading

VCS have never scraped a ha'penny from anyone who have posted here about LJLA 'stopping'. Don't you be the first.
You'll likely get a blizzard of debt collector letters which can be ignored. There's never been a LJLA court case. Should you be the first, come back for help. There's a pledged fighting fund available to provide top legal assistance against the first case VCS dares to pursue.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. come back after 6 YEARS has elapsed , so in 2023
as for the bylaws, the AIRPORT has 6 months to take you to magistrates court , so that doesnt time out until about FEB 20180 -
