I can't see anywhere it'll allow you to attache anything (see my screen print below. You'll need to remove the link break space after the 'http')...

I'm not sure if you're able to email tbh. I'll give them a call to discuss this.

I guess at worst case, I'll just need to simply shorten my defence as much as poss, so that it fits in. Not ideal, but what can you do.

you can definitely email them and the email address is on their website

attach the defence as a pdf and put the MCOL reference and your name in the header

also put name , address and MCOL reference in the email content and put SEE ATTACHED DEFENCE AND ADD IT TO MY MCOL FILE

definitely not rocket science and its been discussed many times on here, with lamilad outlining the procedure about a month ago in one of his replies

the more you read , the more you learn

Thanks Redx, I shall definitely get an email sent over to them.

I did do a lot of searching around forums to begin with, but with time running out, I guess I was starting to enter panic mode and simply looking for quick response assistance.

Thanks again for the confirmation. Much appreciated compadre

make sure you phone them to ensure they ahve received that email and added it to your file after its been sent

DO NOT ASSUME this will all be done regardless because they are overwhelmed in that office and mistakes are made

click on lamilad`s username and read his posts over the last few weeks, you will learn a lot as he has beaten EXCEL more than once in court

also read posts by a solicitor called loadsofchildren123 too

You MUST print, sign and scan in your defence. It MUST be signed under s atstament of truth, otherwise it will not be accepted.

    Thanks guys!

One last question.... Should I simply state "Please refer to full defence document attached" in the online defence input box?

Then obviously email a signed and referenced word doc that contains the full defence statement etc?

No, don't put anything in the defence section on MCOL. Don't even click on it.

As advised email it to the court stating your claim no and "defence attached". Then ring them to confirm receipt.
