Hi guys,
Similar situation to previous post, parking in Hamilton Palace car park. How am I affected if I'm English and have received a parking fine from being in Scotland. Initially it was from Euro CarParks and now a letter from DRP. What jurisdiction do they have and what should I do?

Everyone is politely asked not to start a thread until they have first read the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum
Go there now to learn about the situation in Scotland and to always ignore drp and all other debt collectors0 -
Ignore DRPlus and sit tight because the event was on Scottish private land where the POFA cannot apply, and they cannot hold the keeper liable. NEVER say who was driving and they are stuffed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above, ignore it. When you're done with ignoring, try some Ignoring; and after that IGNORING.
Out of interest, which film did the driver go and see? (Palace Towers). Or was the driver making use of the fast food and retail opportunities over the road? (Palace Grounds).
