Tigersheds faulty shed

I purchased a shed recently, which once I had erected I discovered the entire front panel containing door and window was bowed outwards meaning the door would not shut effectively.
The company I purchased from (tigersheds) are insisting that they come and fit some 'framing to strengthen' the panel.
They promised me 4 times since 19th June that I would get a phone call to arrange a delivery but they never have called, so they've had ample opportunity to repair it.
Today I have asked them for a replacement panel instead as I believe this framing will not work after they have explained to me exactly what it is, and I do not want extra pieces of wood strapped to the shed to try and 'strengthen' it.
They have flatly refused to replace the panel so I asked for a full refund and for them to collect the faulty shed.
They told me that they can do this but will charge me 25% of the order cost; £73.
I find this unacceptable as this is not my fault that the shed arrived faulty so why should I have to pay for it?
I'm planning to call the bank tonight as i paid on CC.
Am I right in thinking thats the best option?

You say 'recently'.
When exactly was the shed delivered to you?
Did you buy online?0 -
Purchased online 30th May
Delivered 15th June, built on the 18th June, fault reported on the 19th June.
Nothing has been sent to me in the post since then and no repairs have been attempted by them.0
