PIP Mandatory Reconsideration ...help

I got my PIP letter after assessment and got 4 points. 2 for preparing food and 2 for mixing with others. I have severe anxiety and I work 4 days per week in a call center but I dnt mix well with others. Have severe OCD and a complex movement disorder in my neck which makes me rotate it when nervous like a tic. I need help with a lot of things. Takes me 20 mins to get ready sometimes due to OCD yet no points. No points on communicating somehow and others. I put a lot of info down on form but it said on decision bit I showed "no low mood" and was competent at assessment remembering everything well.
How am I meant to act like a depressed invalid or something. She didn't even go into my daily life at assessment. Any help on this and what I should do nxt as I called up for Mandatory Reconsideration but need help on what I put down on more information I scored no points on somethings that online assessment said I'd get at least 2 points for?
Thanks

Some good information here

Please do take careful note of the timescales
Could you contact your local CAB/ advice centre to see if they can help you with the MR?0 -
Ye I knew it would go against me but iv got special conditions and special shifts due to condition just felt assessor wasn't asking some relevant questions and how I got no points on somethings was beyond me when the scoring system said I would get around 2 points for certain things.0

Speaking as a CAB volunteer!
Yes we are very busy (overwhelmed sometimes) but at our branch we do our level best to get people with timescales seen and the forms in on time
However, this is dependent on clients getting in touch with us as soon as they can. We get quite a few folks coming in with forms that have be in the next day/the end of the week. And they have had them for some time before getting in contact with us.
So OP if you are going to ask CAB for help do so quickly.0 -

Have you read the descriptors, if so which do you feel apply to you? You mention the communicating one, you're not going to fulfil even the lowest when you work on the phones. You effectively communicate with others all day.
No one expects you to act like a depressed invalid unless you are a depressed invalid. But you do need to understand that the descriptors are strict, and if your job contradicts one then you are not going to get the points.0 -
This is very helpful:

This may be a useful reference:

Make sure you get the MR in on time.
At MR stage the DWP rarely change the decision, so (unless you have really compelling evidence) it may be best to get it in, then concentrate your efforts on the appeal to the tribunal service.
65% of appeals succeed.
Once the MR is in - then chase the DWP after 2-3 weeks as they seem to have developed a habit of losing MRs!
As Neil has said get help from your CAB with the tribunal appeal. See if they have a caseworker, who can help you with your appeal.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0
