You can get different DOB on credit files, happens all the time and usually with catalogue or comms accounts - all it takes is a paper application been misread or a phone application misheard. Less often to appear on bank accounts that mostly do id checks to verify data.

Well if that is the case it is absolutely astonishing and the credit bureaux are acting illegally, being surely in breach of some data protection legislation. You should contact the relevant authorities about this. It is illegal to process knowingly incorrect data, and to push a record with a conflicting date of birth is just that.0
