Can Microsoft chase me for payment?

I made the purchase on the for the amount of £364.98 and i payed via paypal.
Before the purchase i did read and abide by the policys/Terms of sale before purchase that was there for me to read and understand and also confirm i read before i purchased(i could not go ahead with the purchase if i did not agree to the Terms of sale)and also states;
As specified, we may bill you (a) in advance; (b) at the time of purchase; (c) shortly after purchase or (d) on a recurring basis for subscription Services
Which i agree'd to and made my order on the 15th july 2017.
On my Order emails it clearly states;'We will charge you once the item dispatch's'
I have since had to chase this as i was not charged on the dispatch date being the '17th July 2017' For my order even though yet again the emails states i will be charged on dispatch.
I have had to wait post 10 days for any sort of update ONLY when i reached out to the CEO as Microsoft themselves did not contact me in any shape or form regarding the none charge
I have since been reached out too by someone higher up who has apologised but told me this charge not going through was a System 'GLITCH' which is something I as the customer should not be held accountable for? I Read and agree'd to the agreement before my purchase and also noted on the emails i will be charged once it dispatchs as stated
I have or not Agree'd to any change in the policy/agreement since my order nor not agree'd to be charged up to 60 days after my purchase(which i was told could happen) and i only have agree'd to the Terms of sale only when i made my purchase on the 15th July 2017.
I believe me being told i could be charged up to 60 days down the line for the purchase is something that does not fit into the Terms of sale NOR STATED and as such this could be shown as a breach of the Terms of sale?
It has been 14 days now and still nothing i might be missing the point here but what could happen to they have the right to charge me anywhere down the line or as when they see fit?
Want to see were i stand with this.

They have 6 years to collect the payment from you so they can come asking for it legally at any time, yes they should be taking it off you asap as good business practise and customer service but unfortunately the argument "You didn't take it on dispatch so you can't have it" (not saying that's what you are saying but some do) won't work.0

They have 6 years to claim the money from you.
Even if it was a breach of contract, courts would look to put you into the position you would be in had the contract been performed correctly. If it had been performed correctly, you'd have paid the money.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

The system glitch could have been caused by something at your end...either your paypal account or the account feeding it so why wouldn't the customer be liable. You pay the money or you return the goods. If you say the contract has been rescinded you can't keep the goods...it's that simple!0 -

I don't have the link to the statue I'm sure someone can find it, but just because they say they wont take payment after 60 days doesn't mean they can't. They are legally allowed 6 years to take the payment and if then don't pay they will take you to court. Your contract is clear they will give you the goods for £x you have the goods, they need the £x.0 -
