Freeview company at800 - is it legit?

We received a card through the letterbox yesterday from a company called at800, they offer to help with Freeview interference problems - which we certainly have!

Their offer of 'free' support and free filters seems too good to be true BUT they say they've been set-up under government direction.

Has anybody heard of them before and if so, are they any good?

I would post a link to an image of the leaflet but as I am a 'new' member I am not allowed!

They specifically deal with problems associated with mobile phone transmitters interfering with Freeview. If there is some other cause they will not help.

Mum's TV reception suffered after 4G upgrade to transmitter on neighbouring tower block. I gave them a call expecting them to send a box to fit but they sent an engineer. He did a quick test on the signal and fitted a small box between the aerial feed and the TV input. Problem solved.
