Damaged furniture Debenhams complaint

Really need your help. My garden furniture from Debenhams had a damaged chair. I had to wait 3 weeks for a new one and it doesn't match! Debenhams are saying that the replacement chair is the correct order and are offering me £30. I have asked twice now for a refund and they are ignoring this. Am I too late to ask for this? Furniture was £400 which was less than half price and I would rather buy a set that matches. I have even sent them photos showing the different pattern and pointed out it is a different shape and weighs less.

No you're not too late. You have a blanket 30 days to reject goods. If the goods dont conform and you agree to their repair/replacement, the 30 day period stops running until they deliver the repaired/replacement goods - then you have the remainder of the 30 days or 7 days to reject (whichever is longer).
If some goods do not conform to contract (just in case they were priced separately and not as a package), you have the options of:
1) Accepting all the goods
2) Keeping the goods that do conform and rejecting the goods that dont
3) Rejecting all the goods. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
