Htb isa

I am wondering if someone can help?
I have a HTB ISA and there seems to have been some confusion, the solicitors aren't aware I had it they say even though on initial consultation with the 'broker' we used they included the £60 fee in the price. Anyway I am waiting for my bank to send me a closing statement I am hoping to get in the morning, we were initially hoping to complete tomorrow, is this still feasible? We aren't reliant on the ISA bonus for our deposit and I believe the deposit is paid on completion anyway. If we have the details tomorrow and pass these to our solicitor can they then complete the paperwork and complete the house purchase tomorrow?
Many thanks

'hoping to Complete'. Have you Exchanged?
As for timescales, what does your solicitor say?0 -
Interesting as I was actually asking my solicitors about htb yesterday. They said that when I give them my closing statement it will take max.five working days to receive the bonus but it can be sooner if they apply as "emergency"? I guess this would trigger extra cost...0

Thanks
I will ask the solicitor tomorrow, I was just wondering if it is possible to complete on the same day the solicitor applies for the ISA? Our problem is that the vendor is desperate to complete tomorrow and she says if it can't be done tomorrow she can't complete till September!! We would probably not bother with the ISA if it couldn't be done tomorrow (we only have 2k (500 bonus)) would rather not gain the 500 than wait until September (Currently living with the inlaws) We have exchanged yet but everything is in place. Just waiting for the help to buy isa paperwork!!!
Thanks0
