Top Shop & Dorothy Perkins Store cards aka GE Capital!!!

Hi folks,
I had both a topshop store card (I held for about 8yrs!) And a Dorothy Perkins store card (whichI didn't hold for very long!)
It's more my Topshop card, where I stupidly paid the minimum £10 monthly, which only about £4 went towards the balance, the rest was interest and PPI!
Even though I closed both down in Feb/March this year, would I still be able to claim money back from them? And if so how?
