Windscreen replacement and new policy

Hi,
I had my windscreen replaced via my insurance earlier this year. I am now trying to get new quotes via confused.com and it's asking me for the value of the claim. I have no idea?! How on earth would I find this out? Apart from ebay I can't find any prices online. I fear I may have to call my insurer again (I have just spent 45 mins on hold to ask them another 2 minute question, I'd really rather avoid this if at all possible!!)
Thanks

Approx £200 should do it.0

Ask a windscreen supplier how much one is for your car.0

I just quote my excess when asked £75; job done; never had it questioned. They are insurers; they know how much a windscreen cost is to themselves; they probably get a huge discount which you won't know about so instead of trying to guess the cost, just put down what you do know which is your excess.0
