I bought a vitality plus oral - b electric toothbrush. on the box it states oral- b power test drive, take the oral-b 30 day challenge: satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! ( full details at https://www.oralb. xxxx)
went to website and had to look under FAQ to find about the challenge. there is an asterisk which then states that vitality toothbrushes are excluded. where do i stand on this. surely to advertise the challenge on a box selling the product that is not included is wrong, or on the box it should have said does not include vitality models/some models excluded.

this is nowhere as fast as my previous model, so not happy.

So surely it would have made sense to find out exactly what those "full details" stated before opening and using the toothbrush.
