Simple fact - If they wanted controlled parking at CRP they would install a barrier/ pay on exit system.
But that's no where near as profitable as fleecing some poor sucker out of £100 because his wheel has gone an inch over the white line.
I wonder if the "must remain on site" rule would stand up in court or be seen as an 'unfair term'. As G24 are not (currently) litigious we may never know.0 -

I do not see how it could be. Mr A could park and go home by bus, and Mrs A, who is shopping in the centre, could drive the car home.
