Look I get you're new on these boards and I'm trying to be mindful of that. You're not getting the responses you are purely because you've said something different. We (posters on this board) disagree on a daily basis. Probably around half of my posts disagree with whatever the general consensus was on that thread.
Plus online, you cant see posters facial expressions or hear the tone of their voice which can sometimes lead to people misunderstanding intentions or taking it out of context.
Just maybe try taking a step back. Most of us are here to try and help OP's with whatever issue they're having - not to get digs at each other.
Yeah I get that it may have looked bad saying I'm certainly not a cleaner, but I didn't mean that I think cleaning is a lesser job, I totally agree with you, if there were no cleaners there would be no businesses and I would not have a job. I just meant that I would not claim I'm something that I'm not and I wouldn't want people to think that. Sorry If it came off egotistically or that I thought I had more self worth.0 -

Yeah well I think we can all get a bit heated sometimes, well most of us anyway, I know when I've been a bit of a d**k for lack of a better word, all I can do is apologize and move on.0 -

Hahaha, yeah maybe I do :rotfl: Our systems at work are actually created from French systems, and for some reason the punctuation and spelling on the spell check defaults it to American spelling so I'm used to it always correcting it to apologize with a Z haha0 -

I thought that the OP was an American because of their spelling of "humor".0 -
I had the same issue with stock. Apparently if an item is returned it will show as stock they have but they can't resell it.
As others have said, Currys are refunding you via method of payment so any issue you have is not with them.0 -

Just like the DPA and money laundering legislation being used as an excuse, dyslexia seems to be a very common reason for poor spelling and grammar nowadays.
I'm dyslexic too.. and just like the other poster I check and recheck everything before I post for typos. Occasionally I miss one.
But even if someone whom is not dyslexic probably makes the odd mistake (the irony, mistake originally came out ad mistske).0
