The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over.
Proof of identity and age may be required.
All completed entries received will be entered into the free prize draw to a colour or balayage makeover from the named looks, 10 Popbands, Pureology Summer Colour Care set, Redken Full Effect, K!rastase Travel companion – Resistance, L’Or!al Hair Pins, Tangle Teezer Limited Edition Neon, ghd hairdryer.
The winner will be required to visit the salon for a colour consultation before their appointment for their chosen colour makeover. If the winner’s hair is deemed to not be in good condition for a colour service, the stylist has the right to refuse to offer the service. An alternative service or a new winner may be chosen in this occasion.
Winner will be notified within seven days of closing date. Only one entry per person. The winner will be chosen at random. Winner will be contacted via email.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
The competition is not open to any employees of Rush Hair Ltd, or partner prize suppliers. Your data will not be shared with any third parties.
Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of RUSH HAIR LTD. (UK), its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
Rush Hair and Beauty will not be responsible for any missing entries. RUSH HAIR LTD will not be responsible if the entry is affected by elements outside of its control.
The winners may be asked to have their name published on social media.
Should the prize be unclaimed an alternative winner will be drawn from entries received. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by RUSH HAIR LTD. (UK) relating to any post-winning publicity.
All entries will be entered into the free prize draw to win one set of 8 products, there is only one prize.
Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
Confirmation of the prize will also be made via email to the winner.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
