Anybody got wooden garage

Hi, I am looking to replace my old concrete garage in poor condition. Size will. Be 16bft by 8ft so just under 15sqm

I was looking to replace with new concrete garage but few friends have mentioned of terrible condensation problems and suggested to look at wooden garage.

My use is for storage, a freezer and possibly a dryer (will only be operated when we r present). I will look to fireproof the garage to reduce fire damage risk.

Any recommendations for suppliers or anything else to look out for in timber garage?

We have an oak framed double garage with natural slate roof. It's 10 years old now and we've added a log store to the side, split the inside into two separately accessed areas. One side is a home gym the other is standard garage storage for tools etc. With it being oak we don't do anything to keep it in shape, it looks beautiful and will be around for years to come.

I built a timber frame garage at a house that I rent out. Insulated walls and roof. It's not fancy by any stretch but it provides 6x3.5m space and that is dry, insulated and secure
Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!
