Hi
does anyone know how to disconnect it-need to get rid of it, have read other posts but this alarm seems to have 2 batteries and 2 boxes!

There is normally a battery for back-up for the control panel (box?) in case of power failure and one for the external sounder box in case someone tries to cut the power. If you have the manual, look to see how to put it into "service mode" and that should enable you to disconnect the sounder (bell/siren) and then knock the power off for the man control panel and then disconnect it.0
