Need to appeal to Popla by tomorrow

I have the popla ref number and need to lodge an appeal, do I include in there that the parking company sold my information onto a collections agency while going through the appeal process with them? or do I just report that the BPA and DVLA?
My main point then seems to be inadequate signage close enough to the disabled parking bays to be able to read the terms. Do I include pictures of ridiculously small signs that are in the far distance or would that potentially be admitting I now know there is a sign?
The ticket was issued for the car being parked in a disabled bay and badge was 3 days out of date, due to council admin error, but am i correct in thinking this wouldn't help the case?
I will re-read the newbie thread later, but the mind boggles!

just report it to the BPA and DVLA , Nothing to do with POPLA
yes , include signage , no contract with landowner , BPA CoP errors , NTK errors and add any evidence such as pictures you have now taken, embed as a pdf and then sub,it the pdf once its approved for submission
use post #3 of the NEWBIES sticky thread to draft your appeal
blue badges have little relevance on private land , the EA2010 protects a disabled person, not the BB, plus POPLA wont rule on this aspect and never have done (even though its relevant to us)0 -
I don't understand no contract with the landowner bit?0

I would think that, if the Council are at fault, the badge may still be valid. Ask the Council. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hi Redex, I have drafted a POPLA appeal, but also just received a reply from the BPA who are looking into the Breach of CoC, should I delay submitting the POPLA? And if I should send it, would you mind checking over the draft? Many thanks0 -
A breach of the code is an separate matter to your appeal. If you delay you will lose.0
