Blackberry wine, 1kg of blackberries, sugar (how much you add will depend on how strong you want it), pectolase, nutrient and yeast, enough water to almost fill a 1 gallon glass demi john. It isn't, all you would be doing is adding a flavour or sweetness by adding berries/sugars. Alcohol is produced by yeast eating sugar, yeast will not survive in spirit strength alcohol. If anything there maybe a very slight decrease in it's strength due to dilution from berry juice.Norn Iron Club member No 3530 -

anyone who drank it straight (vodka werthers that year) was blind drunk. We put a note on the bottle to say to drink it with white lemonade but no one listened:rotfl: Each family member had an embarassing drunkedness when they drank the whole thing
