Caboodle
Behind the scenes at National Book Tokens HQ, we're busy working on this year's Hidden Books Game. Our popular brainteaser gets bibliophiles around the nation searching for hidden book titles. Now's your chance to have thousands of booklovers guessing your clue!
One lucky Caboodler will get the chance to see their clue designed and featured in the next Hidden Books Game, plus win a £100/€115 National Book Token to spend in their favourite bookshop.
To enter, you just need to describe to us – in no more than 50 words – what your clue would look like (and give us the answer so we can judge whether or not we think it’s a good ‘un!). Here are some tips to get started:
Adventure! Travel! Journey! Think about signposts, road signs and other signage – all of our clues will be along this theme
What's on your shelves? Your clue could be for the latest bestseller, a beloved classic or a popular children's book
Not sure what to send in? Here's an example entry about a clue from a previous game:
Book Title: Animal Farm
Author: George Orwell
Description: A tractor road sign with a pig driving the tractor instead of a farmer
Submit your clue using the form. Even if you're not the lucky winner, five runners-up will also receive a £10/€15 National Book Token!
