Hi, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.
I visited a small industrial estate in Milton Keynes this morning. I parked in a marked bay, and received a ticket less than three minutes after arriving because I'd apparently parked in a bay where they demand a permit for parking in, even though it appears to be a part of the industrial estate. I was visiting a unit on the estate, and moved my car within ten minutes of arriving (though unfortunately after getting the ticket).
Amongst other things, notice says that "Photographic evidence of this infringement has been taken and will be used in court for enforcement of the charge."
The issuer (LDK Security Group) is a member of the IPC (I think it is) but not the BPA, so do I follow the appeals process advice in the main thread, or is this different because there's no specific charge (ie I don't have a permit, rather then staying longer than allowed/paid for)?
The signage wasn't brilliant, but after receiving the ticket, I could see it is there. (It's about ten feet up on a wall, with the sign about 30cm square.)
Thanks for any help or pointers.

It is the same as the rest, so do follow the usual appeal and look at other LDK threads by searching.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
