Cheap Energy Club - Stuck Switch in Progress

Good afternoon all,

I switched electricity provider in February through the energy club, went back to check why I'd not been paid for switching and found that the switch is still in progress. I have moved successfully and been billed by M&S (SSE) for the past 5 months so the switch did complete.

Does anyone know how I can get it moved on as I'm keen to both get the payout for switching and look to see if there's a better deal available now 6 months on.
