Given that DRP are just debt collectors and nothing more and there is a chance that CCS Collect will leave it to the company that is using them, that they will either do nothing or go to court?
CCS Collect are just debt collectors - a worthless call centre with template letters and often these places are staffed with a high turnover of students, who will later get a real job.
Nothing to worry about, I have ignored CCS Collect myself.
