It's crying out for mint sauce.
I always add dried mint to lamb mince and also to beef mince if I'm doing something like moussaka.0 -
I like to add a couple of skinned & de-seeded chopped tomatoes to lamb mince, they add lovely flavour0

Bovril, Worcester sauce, Tomato puree, Rosemary and pepper.
I add tomato puree to mine. However, I'm vegan, so I'm not using real mince. I find the tomato puree adds a fair bit, but you need to balance it with other things.
I also add a bit of soy sauce, but the worcester sauce is probably a better option.0
