Going back to the top of this thread - my LR search , was because I don't believe the charging order amounts I'm being told - I have yet to see the larger amounts in writing - the seller having given me copies of the others.0

It's absolutely none of your business and I'm glad that you can't find out any further information. The seller is a complete idiot for giving you any information at all. The house is worth what it's worth. If someone is £20,000 in debt, it doesn't mean the house is worth less.0
