Getting a work loan on my credit profile

Hi All...Here's one for you.
I've got a poor credit rating that I'm trying to improve as quickly as I can (460). So, the credit reference agencies obviously want to see that I'm able to have a loan, and pay it back on time essentially. I can't get a credit card at the moment...at least not one with a very high limit. I earn £50k a year so am now in a very strong position in my life financially. My credit profile is almost empty with two defaults on it. One drops off in February. So as you can imagine, getting the lenders to trust you again will be a bit of work. I'd have to start off slow with very low lends and pay backs. Here's where I'm looking for advice...My company lent me £8,000 to buy a car. I'm now paying that back over a 3 year deal at 0%. Could I ask that they report that to the credit reference agencies? If they did I'd be seen as paying a loan back on time every month. Also to note, I want to buy a property by the back end of next year and would have around £26k to work with. What are you thoughts?

A few points -
- Ignore your score.
- The CRAs may want to see you get a loan, but they're not lenders.
- Your company won't be set up to report to the CRAs, so no point in asking them
- Get a credit card, spend regularly and clear in full each month. You don't need a high limit - you need to build credit history.
Time will do the rest.0
