7 months is too long, something may have gone awry with their processes.
The TS are usually very helpful.
Do you have a representative? CAB or advice agency perhaps? If so ask them to chase the TS as well.
Hey, I just did that... turns out no more telephone hearings are being offered, and even though I was told I could have one in April, it's no longer an option. All they could say was 'wait for a letter from the judge' - but I've been doing that since April.0 -

If it is going to be a paper hearing, it is vital that you prepare a written submission which covers all the points you would have made when speaking to the panel.
Be very clear on how your condition affects the relevant descriptors, that this affects you for the majority of the time, whether you can do activities reliably, etc

Unfortunately, it really is impossible.0 -

Although this is generally true in the OP's case this may create the opposite effect.
The OP says she doesn't go out. If the appeal is based on this fact with supporting evidence as to their condition then it would be counterproductive for the OP to attend the tribunal.
Do check OP, that you have all the evidence you can to support your case. Look at the assessors report and get back up evidence in the areas where you think you should have scored points and didn't.
You can still send it to the tribunal now.0 -
