Sorry to hear BIL hasn't been so good. It's up and down unfortunately in these situations. Your sister is lucky to have you and her mum for support, you might feel helpless but just being there is good.

    Take care xx

So in all the brother in law panic I forgot about my bloody car insurance.

940 pounds from Tescos. Oh !!!! off.

So I have to sort that on Monday.

I am SO ANNOYED with myself.

But I suppose I haven't had a break in 6 months. Summer with spent at intensive care, Oct half term he was really sick again and Christmas was spent trying to keep everyone apart from my friends happy.

And now we are waiting to see if they will operate.

Poor bloody man. What a absolute hell he is in.

And it isn't doing any of us any good either. There is so little time.

Like now, I am waiting for the text and will spend an hour chatting - brought home two sets of books to mark. Haven't because I have been catching up on real life. Went to tip (!) returned parcel, got petrol, took sister to station, walked dogs. And suddenly it is 8 Oclock!

And there is my text to go get her.

    XX
    Nevertheless she persisted.

    Nope.

Still in pain, tho apparently they think the antibiotics are working. Good that eh. They THINK.

My sister is remarkably stoic and together.

I am shattered, ate about a million biscuits today to keep awake. Still not cancelled old dentist or rang poxy car insurance.

Have got a proper huff on if I am honest. I think an early night in order.

Love to you all and hope things are ok

Work is rubbish! but it is ok.

BIL is ooooooooookkkkkk but it was a difficult week and a bit. Had the procedure and is better. Not a good time.

Sorted car insurance - still expensive at 760 but better than 940.

have shopped on Amazon but needs must.

didn't go out all weekend. currently have a banging headache. so off to bed.

hope all is well with folks, must sleep XX
