Nearly a holiday

OH did a travel survey on the High Street and then we started getting the calls from CLC (club la costa):mad:

Knew there was something dubious because when I asked what it was about (they only wanted to speak to OH) they said he MIGHT :rolleyes: have won a holiday. If it had been genuine there would have been no question about it. Thankfully have read the threads on here and am clued up about them. So he would have only 'won' his holiday if he earned so much a year etc etc

I had this phone call on Friday as well. My little boy wasn't very well, so I wasn't really listening to what she was warbling on about and thanks to reading these threads I knew it was a con. Hope she doesn't waste a whole day waiting for me and hubby to turn up on Friday!!! That would be such a shame. Had to agree to go or she wasn't for getting off the phone. :eek:

I feel quite left out! Never had a call from any of these kind of things. I just get Wholesale Bl**dy Kitchens!

Unlucky though Lo-Lo - pity it wasn't a real win! Maybe next time!

Lo-Lo - shame it wasn't a real holiday win, but I'll cross my fingers for you that one is just around the corner!

I hate these companies that raise your hopes & then slip in the fee or the meeting that's needed! Grrr
