Nearly a holiday

Just got a call from 'Travel Lacosta' or some such saying I'd got a runner up prize of a choice of four holidays. Unfortunately, when I rang to claim my code I was told it's not a 'win', it's a promotion - admin fees, airport tax and have to attend a two hour thing in B'ham. Kinda spam - and kinda pricey by the sound of it... I didn't pursue the phonecall...

Gutted though, not had a win for nearly two months now and am desperate for a holiday!!

Hi LolO - I've just posted about LaCosta - was told I won but wasn't sure how legit it all was. I was told £29 booking fee each plus standard flight tax and yes a meeting with them... it was the meeting that has been ringing alarm bells. Especially mid-week when we both work full-time.

BTW I was asked how old I was and if I was in a relationship! Apparently they only take 25-62s in relationships or families.

No, luckily for me I only rang cos it was a freephone 0800 number, otherwise I wouldn't have even bothered to ring!!!!

Ah well, a big win is coming along soon, I can feel it in me water!!!
