Quidco Comet Click and Collect Declined...

Has anyone else had a problem with Quidco and the Comet 'click and collect' service ?
I made a Comet 'click and collect' purchase via the Quidco link last weekend. Collected a Dyson in store with the reference number that was emailed to me. All seemed ok, it was tracking for the right amount (3.5%) on Quidco, but today it changed status to "declined". I've logged an enquiry but I must admit I'm losing faith in Quidco. It's becoming a chore to chase up cashback with them. I've still got an outstanding enquiry from an AA transaction that had cashback declined for no reason (see "AA Quidco Cashback Declined" thread).
I've never had anything declined with RPoints !

I agree with you rampantlion it is getting tedious filing enquiries. In the last 6 months Quidco standards have dropped. They seem to have a lot of tracking problems and seem to decline for no reason. Also it takes months for their sureshop enquiries to come troughs. Please people lets find a better company out there.Lets not use quidco0

Over on the "AA Quidco Cashback Declined" thread it may transpire that purchases made via Quidco must be for oneself. Being male I'm not a huge fan of Dyson (or any other vacuum cleaners) so I'll hold my hands up and admit that it was primarily for the girlfriend to use. Quite how Quidco knew this I'm not sure :huh:0

Thought I'd drop by and add an update : After 9 (NINE) months of waiting and several return visits to Quidco to bump the ticket on their enquiry system I eventually got paid! No real explanation as to why the huge delay other than a couple of ticket responses from Quidco to say they were chasing the merchant. Not very good but at least I got it in the end!0
