Have you claimed with Free Spirit travel insurance?

Hi,

Best premium for my annual travel insurance I found is with Free Spirit. I've been with Direct Travel for years and the few claims I've had have gone well.

Can anyone comment on how a claim with Free Spirit might go?

I used to deal with the owners PJ Hayman, they always had a very good reputation, good customer service and cover.

I no longer deal with them simply due to no longer providing Travel Insurance so have no recent experience of them.

Bear in mind many Insurers have artificially high starred reviews as they automatically email a new purchaser a link to review them. As the purchaser is pleased they have saved money (The main reason they bought the cover) and have not made a claim yet) they tend to give 5 stars.

The reviews on FS seem to include a number of long standing customers which is a good sign.
