Strange login issues, different browsers.

Thought i spotted a glitch on here and wondered if its my settings or the forum.
I use uBlock Origin and also NoScript.
So opened Opera which does not have any addons, installed. I only really use it to see how a site should look sometimes due to Firefox being locked down blocking almost everything.
So i type in the MSE address, and it auto logs me in? Thats odd because i dont think i have visited this site on Opera before?
Click logout and restart, auto logs me in again. Goto the saved passwords and nothing. No saved usernames or passwords?
Could it be an issue where windows 10 stores the cookies to auto login? But the password shouldn't be in the cookie so how can it auto log in?
